41 inspiring sessions delivered by 62 speakers covered the latest developments in R, it’s impact in Healthcare Data analytics and how it is being used to help with the fight against Covid-19.
Talks varied from Communicating statistics in the age of short attention spans to Meta-analysis in R: using ‘meta’ to track COVID-19 outcomes and included contributions from Dr Ben Goldacre; Gianluca Baio, Professor of Statistics and Health Economics, University College London and Ellen Coughlan, Programme Manager, The Health Foundation – to name but a few!
Over a thousand people registrated for the event from 39 countries in 5 continents.

With a range of workshops suitable for novice R users to the advanced analyst the subjects covered included ‘Regression Modelling’, ‘dplyr and data wrangling’ and ‘Xarigan Slides’. Over 300 people attended the week’s workshops and the feedback has been great.
