Details: This session will be an exercise in data wrangling as much as it will be in data visualisation. To create a Sankey Diagram, you first need to ensure your data is in a nice neat usable format. On the day, you learn how to manipulate and restructure data (using dplyr) before creating Sankey diagrams (using NetworkD3) to visualise patient flow.
