Summary: The course will cover what are Bayesian Networks, the difference between causation and correlation, and how to learn the structure of Bayesian Networks. An example using a health-related data set will accompany the theoretical aspects of the course.
Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge of R. An understanding of probability theory and statistics.
