Tom Jemmett

Senior Data Scientist at The Strategy Unit

Tom is a Senior Data Scientist working for the Strategy Unit. He has worked in the NHS for over 10 years in information roles, previously working at acute provider trusts in the West Midlands.

Tom has a Computer Science and Pure Mathematics degree and is a member of The British Computer Society and an Associate Member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications.

He is particularly interested in the use of functional programming, reproducible analytical pipelines (RAP), and the professionalisation of the analytical workforce.
